What INOTAA is

INOTAA is a discovery service. You can browse shops, posts and products, search, save, follow and message shops. Payments, orders and wallets are not available yet; any price shown is information from the shop, not an offer you can buy through INOTAA.

Shop content and imported posts

Some shops publish on INOTAA themselves. For other shops, INOTAA shows posts imported from the shop's public social profile so buyers can discover them. Imported content stays credited to the shop. A shop owner can claim its storefront; after a claim the owner controls it.

Product details shown for imported posts are published only after a human review by INOTAA staff. They may still contain mistakes; please confirm details with the shop.

Messaging and INOTAA concierge

You can message a shop about a post. When a shop has no owner on INOTAA but has agreed to it, INOTAA staff may answer on the shop's behalf; those replies are always labelled "INOTAA for <shop>". When a shop changes owner, the concierge is switched off.

Do not send harassment, spam or unlawful content. Message limits apply to protect everyone, and you can block or report a conversation at any time.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may limit or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Reporting and removal requests

Anyone can report a post, shop, product or conversation from its page. Brands and rights holders can request removal for copyright, impersonation or other reasons, with or without an account (a contact email is needed without an account).

INOTAA staff review every request. When we remove content it is hidden from the feed, search, shop and product pages at once; caches and indexes are cleaned up shortly after. Copies already downloaded by others cannot be recalled.

Content rules

Prohibited: counterfeit or illegal goods, content that infringes others' rights, impersonation, hateful or harassing content, and misleading information.
